How long will it take my order to arrive?

I try and ship out orders within 2-3 business days of when the order is placed if the item is already made. If the item is a Made to Order then I need at least 7 business days to make and ship out the item. I am the only person in this small business so I appreciate your patience!

Everything is handmade by myself in Oregon

How should I care for my new House of Iridescence jewelry?

Resin jewelry should be kept away from extreme heat or light exposure.

 Metal parts of jewelry will start to tarnish over time and so you will need to clean/polish them to return them to their original shine. Using a cloth for cleaning silver or mild soap on washcloth will be sufficient to clean. Do not soak in water. 

How should I care for my new House of Iridescence clothing?

Clothing will always live its best life if you hand wash in cold water with a mild soap and then hang dry. (Especially important for silk clothing)

If that is not a possibility, then washing on delicate cycle on cold is recommended. If washing machine doesn’t have delicate cycle, using the setting that has the lowest spin speed is the next best option. Tumble dry low or hang dry.

What is your return policy?

Due to the handmade nature of everything here at House of Iridescence, I am not able to accept returns at this time. However, please do not hesitate to reach out to me if there is a problem with your order and I will do my best to fix the issue. ^_^
